The air bag of our life jackets features SOLAS approved reflectors for increased visibility in darkness. The Eyson patent inflator ensures swift inflation in 3-5 seconds. In case of any inflation issues, the TPU material oral tube serves as a backup air supply. Additionally, our life jackets are equipped with a professional life-saving whistle that has high penetration and frequency. The air bag undergoes a 48-hour pressure test to ensure its durability. The material used for the air bag is nylon+TPU. It offers an inflation time of less than 5 seconds, a floating duration of over 48 hours, and a buoyancy loss of less than or equal to 5% after 24 hours.

At Eyson, safety is our top priority. Each of our inflatable life jackets undergoes two tests, the first for the inflate device and the second for chamber air leakage.

It has a cylinder capacity of 17 grams and a buoyancy of 80N. The kit has a 1/2-inch thread specification. We recommend purchasing one or more rearming kits as backups.

Our life jackets are made with nylon+TPU, neoprene, and polyester materials. They are both made in the USA and imported. They are CE certificated and have SOLAS approved 3M reflectors. The fabric cover is lightweight, durable, reusable, washable, and easy to air dry. The buoyancy of our life jackets is 80N, making them suitable for universal youth weighing under 170 lbs (80kg).
